Kaitlin is a postdoc from Georgia. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Following graduation, she obtained a PhD in chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley where she worked in Prof. Felix Fischer’s group on the synthesis of graphene nanoribbon monomer and polymer precursors with a focus on xanthylium and acridine chemistry for electronics applications. In August 2024, Kaitlin joined the Evans research group where her work focuses on the synthesis of polymeric membranes for ion separations. k.slicker@ufl.edu
